Things I Learned This Weekend
Crawfish, yummy as they may be, are still extremely boring traveling companions.
Satellite XM is heaven sent.
Mole crickets do, indeed, bite. Or pinch. Whatever, but it hurts.
It is possible for a one year old to sustain a low grade whine for an entire 3 1/2 hour ride.
This year, flip flops were the Mother's Day gift du jour.
Pink porcelain fixtures in a bathroom are way cooler than you expect them to be.
It was a good weekend... busy, but fun. I'll be posting more about that later, but for now, I must unpack and clean. "Yay for Mondays!!", she says enthusiastically.

I don't like Mother's day never have, my mother is a street walker and who knows where she is now adays so nothing to be thank full for except that the good Lord has been my garidian angel and watched my back, to hell with mother's day!

I wonder how he really feels?

If that's true, Tony, then you really do have an angel. Sometimes it's not such a bad thing when somebody, like a parent, isn't in your life. Maybe you came out better for it. Thankfully, my mom WAS my angel, so I still enjoy the day.

Tony... no matter how abusive, negligent, or just pain not there she is and was... she did do one honorable thing... she had YOU... and for that alone I say to her... wherever she is... thank you... and happy mother's day...
