It Wasn't Gas

Guess who smiled at me during church today? I completely and unashamedly abandoned the sermon and basked in four of the cutest, shyest little grins from my bambino. Sorry, Pastor. But I'm pretty sure God understood. Even a saint couldn't turn away from those first smiles.

OH! I love it! And I love it when mine smiles up at me while nursing and our eyes meet and then he grins so incredibly big that the milk just rolls out of his mouth and then he realizes he's not gettin' that good stuff and so he has to latch back on and then he smiles at me again and the milk rolls out again and so on.

How are the boobs, dear? (sorry so crass)

Had a good boob day! I decided to go ahead and seriously treat for thrush, just in case. I also started some B6 for the reynaud's and I am feeling optimistic!

I love how when you start breastfeeding again, you can so casually throw out words like "nipple" and "areola". I have to laugh about it, especially when people's eyes widen at it. Funny.
