Peepers
HeroBoy interrupted us at dinner tonight with a sudden, and shocking, revelation, "Look Dad! My eyes close ALL THE WAY!!" He followed up with an enthusiastic demonstration.
You could tell it was the first time he'd figured it out, too.
Maybe he knocked more than his tooth loose yesterday...

The tooth isn't going anywhere. It's there, I think, for good. The dentist said as long as he isn't in pain and it's firmed back up, there's nothing he can do.
So, it's crooked, and might turn black in the next two weeks. And that's that, I just have to learn to live with it. His gums are still bruised and swollen, but it's getting better. I have heard that a tooth can get dark, then turn white again, so that's encouraging at least!
And I was THIS close to getting our pictures made last week.... sure wish I'd done it now!

Riding around down here last week, I saw a sign posted to a telephone poll which read:
2 Gold Teeth
$400
A little child's gold cap surely would not cost that much. I would pay for it if you gave HeroBoy some bling. I think he would love it!
